1. Shipping Locations & Timelines

We ship our fresh pickles, sweets, and powders across India. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of preparation. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your shipping zone.

2. Packaging Quality

Since pickles are highly sensitive, we double-seal our glass jars and premium stand-up pouches to prevent any leakage or air exposure during transit. We take extreme care in bubble-wrapping transit batches.

3. Transit Damage & Claims

If you receive a package with broken glass jars or damaged seal bags, please take a photo and contact our WhatsApp support within 24 hours. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement batch at zero additional cost.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of handcrafted food items, we do not accept general returns. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority—if you are unhappy with the flavor or quality, contact us and we will resolve it with a replacement or store credit.
